What areas do you service?

The Princess Emporium is based in Leigh On Sea and will cover surrounding areas in Essex - Southend, Chalkwell, Benfleet, Westcliff On Sea.

Locations further afield such as Chelmsford, Basildon, Colchester or anywhere out of a 5 mile radius will have an additional fuel surcharge. 

Are the characters and costumes shown going to be the ones at my party?

We only show pictures on our website of the actual costumes, dresses and wigs that we use, ensuring you can see the exact product you will be getting!

At The Princess Emporium we are lucky that our cast of performers can each portray a wide range of characters. If a particular performer is requested we will do our upmost to ensure she can attend the party, although we reserve the right to change performers depending on availability and circumstances out of our control.

Will I need to provide anything?

The Princess will bring everything she needs including music, music system and microphone, arts and crafts, games, gifts, prizes and any other activities. All we ask is that you create enough space for the children to sit and dance in comfortably!  For two hour appearances a table might be useful for the arts and crafts, but not necessary. 

We do not provide party room decorations or a birthday cake. 

Are your parties appropriate for all ages?

Yes. Our traditional parties are aimed towards ages 3-10 but we are certain all ages will enjoy our authentic and engaging performances! If your party falls outside this range we are happy to create bespoke parties, with activities tailored to your needs. Our princesses also enjoy entertaining at summer fetes, schools, carnivals, dinner parties or special announcments! 

What if there are boys at the party?

We often have boys at our parties! Our activities are appropriate for both genders as we can provide superhero/pirate colouring sheets and arts and crafts, we can also tailor party games to be fun for both boys and girls!

Gifts can also be custom made. 

How far in advance should I book?

Our parties book quickly and we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance. Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis, a confirmation email and deposit are required to reserve your date and character.
